1. Eligibility for Refunds

You can request a refund within 7 days of your purchase if:

  • You did not receive your access code
  • Your access code did not work
  • You made the payment by mistake
  • You were charged twice for the same order

2. When Refunds Are Not Given

We cannot issue refunds if:

  • You already used the access code and unlocked the premium features
  • More than 7 days have passed since your purchase
  • You shared your access code with someone else
  • You bought the code from a third-party seller (not directly from us)

3. How to Request a Refund

Send us a message with the following:

  • Your name
  • Payment screenshot
  • Date of purchase
  • The issue you are facing

We usually respond within 24–48 hours.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be sent back to the same payment method you used.
