1. Eligibility for Refunds
You can request a refund within 7 days of your purchase if:
- You did not receive your access code
- Your access code did not work
- You made the payment by mistake
- You were charged twice for the same order
2. When Refunds Are Not Given
We cannot issue refunds if:
- You already used the access code and unlocked the premium features
- More than 7 days have passed since your purchase
- You shared your access code with someone else
- You bought the code from a third-party seller (not directly from us)
3. How to Request a Refund
Send us a message with the following:
- Your name
- Payment screenshot
- Date of purchase
- The issue you are facing
We usually respond within 24–48 hours.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be sent back to the same payment method you used.
